So, received a letter in the mail(plain white envelope) with a Awards Department Logo and return address of 5645 Coral Ridge Dr #145, Coral Springs, FL 33076 USA. The Letter was blue, legal size. Letter head \"Distribution Claim Allowance\" NEGOTIABLE UPON RECEIPT with a # TL02-1150. It was certifying rights to claim $1,750,233.99. Access Status: GRANTED Declared only for: Me (My name and address) Data file: 1099-A, Distribution ID: 50009995130, Tag: 10487-0025. Then they tell me that I was been declared the funds and that all I have to do is initial a few questions and then send in 20 dollars for a Precedence fee payable to TLA. I looked up the address in Florida. It happens to be a UPS store. Don\'t fall for any money awards unless it is a contest that you personally have entered.
Follow Ups/Extra Information. Most recent is listed first.
I just received a very similar letter on 4/18/2012. The only differences were the form name, award amount, and the color of the form. This form was titled "Individual Asset Procurement, has a greenish background with gray border. Other than that the other info from the previous complaint is dead on.
